Please follow the guidelines strictly according to the procedure:

1. Complaints can be lodged only against below board level officers/officials belonging to Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) including all its Regional offices.
2. REIL Vigilance has no jurisdiction over private individuals, State Government employees and Central Government employees. Therefore, please do not lodge Complaints against these officials or individuals.
3. As REIL Vigilance deals only with matters of corruption, redressal of grievances should not be the focus of complaint to REIL Vigilance.
4. Complaints must contain factual details, verifiable facts and related matters. They should not be vague or contain sweeping/general allegations.
5. A complaint should preferably be lodged in typed or written form in English or Hindi language for facilitating early action thereon.
6. All types of complaints, even if printed or photocopied, should be clearly legible.
7. REIL Vigilance does not entertain anonymous/pseudonymous complaint. The complainant should provide correct name and complete postal address.
8. Complaint should not be filed with the malafide/ulterior motives to harass or harm an innocent officer/official of the REIL.
9. It is not possible to keep complainant updated with the status of the case. However, no complaints shall remain unattended.
